Presenting Author:

All presentations (oral or poster) must be made by a listed author who has been directly involved in the project.

Acceptance of Abstracts:

Following the submission deadline on 6^th October 2025, each abstract will be assessed by the BSPR organising committee. Only those accepted will be invited to present at the meeting. You will receive notification confirming if your abstract has been accepted or declined 2-3 weeks after the deadline.

For all abstracts:

1. The maximum length of an abstract is 250 words, this count excludes the abstract title and references.
2. Maximum of four references may be included.
3. Case Reports should be structured as; Introduction, Case Report, Discussion
4. All other abstracts should be structured as: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
5. A single graphical image may be included if desired; the image should be simple, overly complex diagrams or images containing more than a minimal amount of text will not be accepted.
