Building on the success of our previous courses, we’re delighted to announce the fifth annual joint Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and British Society of Paediatric Radiology (BSPR) study day 2026.
The radiological assessment of suspected physical abuse in children presents unique challenges. This one-day virtual course offers a comprehensive and practical overview of the imaging findings and protocols relevant to this critical area of paediatric radiology including the opportunity to gain insights from experienced paediatricians and neurosurgeons in this challenging area of multidisciplinary practice.
5 CPD points will be awarded on completion of this course.

- Review basics of radiology imaging strategy in (Suspected Physical Abuse) SPA
- Gain insights into the optimal and complementary use of modalities in both skeletal and neuro trauma
- Highlight and refresh topics and what ‘not to miss’
